I have the same situation. When the hand sanitiser arrived there was a handwritten note on the pack slip stating the surface sanitizer was out of stock and would be forwarded when available. Aus Post is delivering a parcel from NZ Couriers 6 -8 April.
original order placed 27 Feb. cleared customs NSW took a week to be uplifted by Aus post.
