what are you driving at here? Your questions come across as confusing...is there a test? does the regulator have a test? what if regulator doesn't accept or have a test? what is the market bought based on past claim? what about new claim? what if there is no claim or regulator prosecutes etc etc. That's a house of cards built on a tree under a mountain at the top of the earth type connecting logic...

You need to do some research rather than just posting Qs from all perspectives and then expecting some easy-to-read answer...

All the info on past tests + regulator stuff is available publicly or in HC threads. It will take some time, but its there for anyone to check.

The answer is also there in the recent ZNO CEO investor presentation - where CEO has stated what is being done to 're-approve' the product as per the changing regulations. Governments and regulators know that its not just 1 test or 1 type of time expectation. They have to go by the data and efficacy shown for submission.....if a product shows that it kills Covid19 for X time (and its clearly proven through independent tests, data as per the submission requirements), then they will assess it on that basis.

Whether the regulator then allows X claim of X period to be done or not...that time will tell & ZNO will announce expectations and what they are doing. Until then, you need to decide if you wanna buy shares in ZNO and stay....or not buy and wait for these concerns' to be answered first...and then consider buying or not.

Just research, read the posts already about ZNO's products, tests + what the 'revised' regulations are and decide.....you ain't going to find 'is this still a good investment or future regulator prosecution risk' via a HC post....we can't give you that type of certainty...
