I like LittleAlan's digging. Thank you!
I add two points.
1) The test results are based on 5 minutes contact.
EPA N list appendix's requirement is different:
These products work within two hours of a virus coming into contact with a surface and can remain effective for weeks to years.
https://www.epa.gov/pesticide-registration/list-n-appendix-supplemental-residual-antimicrobial-products-coronavirus
2) The test results are for 30 days claim. It won't automatically block a possible 7-day claim. Actually, a 7-day claim may boost Zoono's demand and revenue by several folds if no other competitors enter with no-toxic and water-based 30-day protection products. In this product domain, a 2-day claim would be significant improvement because within these two days, the surface is under protection.
If we look carefully at EPA's rule and look at Zoono's overcapacity, then it's indicating that Zoono is adapting to the regulatory requirement and demand curve. So instead of being negative, it should be a positive sign for Zoono.
