yup, I remember, it did shift A2M prices up and down for ages though in those years. I recall SP dropped back below $1 (which did allow us to double holding so I was v thankful but many others sold out due to the unknowns and regretted it later).
I don't think any company really wants legal cases though to prove their point..wastes time, money and distracts since other party can post a lot of incorrect info out publicly/in court....it helps if one wins, sure, but the journey is painful...better to let a regulator approve and real world results + financials prove it....
