You are confusing two different claims.
ZNO has numerous laboratory tests that show it's products are effective against various bacteria & other microbes for up to 30 days.
ZNO has laboratory testing that shows it's products are effective against COVID-19.
ZNO does not have laboratory testing, as far as I am aware, that it's products have effective for up to 30 days against COVID-19 because I don't believe there are any standards that require this testing.
The claim that ZNO has made is that it's products are effective against COVID-19 & for up to 30 days against other microbes.
What it's customers & distributors have claimed is a different story.
None of this means that it's products aren't effective against COVID-19 for up to 30 days in fact it's products are effective against COVID-19 until removed from a surface by friction .
If a surface is never touched it's products are effective indefinitely.
