UK, US regulators take aim at Zoono over COVID-19 claims

This is a reporter for the Australian financial press .
These headlines worry me as in these country’s.
The regulators are very hot on claims they feel are unsubstantiated against regulated test protocols ,
What I don’t understand is how Zoono state they didn’t understand the regulation in these country’s whilst selling in there .
They are fairly large global markets .
What happened to checks and balances or was it more of sell and deal with any issues later ?
