Hi all,
I've come over to the Darkside!

I'm here to remind you to vote at the upcoming AGM.

The 3 resolutions trying to be passed at the AGM in two weeks' time, need to be carefully considered by all ESR holders!
To transfer nearly 7% of the company potentially through cheap options to management, I feel is a bit of a slap in the face especially with the SP where it is at the moment.

It will be nearly impossible for these resolutions to be voted down, but I feel its important that our concerns are heard about the current Sp and the position we find ourselves in at 2.6c

I urge all Estrella holders to vote against all resolutions, especially resolution 2, before the 13th of March
