The fuel cell sector is an exciting and rapidly growing industry that offers significant benefits to the UK, both in terms of the economy and the environment. This event aims to bring together leading organisations in the Fuel Cell sector with key members of the financial community to share information, raise awareness and explore potential investment opportunities. The UK has recently become the international market of choice for fuel cell companies seeking to launch on the public market. Between 2003 and 2006, more than 10 times as many companies listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) than the NASDAQ, representing a combined unit capital of 600 million.
Event Structure The event will consist of a short formal session with presentations from four leading fuel cell companies. These will introduce the industry, provide an overview of the types of developments in the pipeline and explain what fuel cells have the potential to offer both now and in the future. The formal session will be followed by an informal exhibition from up to 30 leading payers in the industry, which will offer delegates a chance to network and engage with the community over a drink.
