Maybe just maybe..... CHN... to retain the 10% holding in the Penny West project after the RMS takeover of SPX and be reinstated as the exploration manager for RMS .....slowly increasing it's stake via a farm in agreement with a maximum allowed ownership of 50/50... under a joint venture agreement, after X amount of exploration expenditure? ....After all RMS and CHN have history and there is a lot more exploration required at Penny West and CHN are the perfect fit for that role with the cash to make it happen and are already in partnership with RMS via a farm in agreement elsewhere .

CHN shares would appreciate considerably in value as the Penny West project was proven up via aggressive exploration ..Allowing future CR's at a much much higher price and avoiding large Dilution of the CHN shares on issue....Perfect partnership IMO a proven producer in RMS and an aggressive proven exploration company in CHN......Going it together.
And chapter 2 = Any exploration success at Pyramid Hill could be brought into production quickly via RMS.......via another agreement that would much favour CHN.
