I've found that in general most tech acquisitions don't put much detail into the initial presso.
Largely due to the fact that due diligence isn't completed by the shell and the deal isn't finalised.
I totally understand this as the incoming company doesn't want to lay all its cards on the table in case the deal falls through.
In a case like this it is best to look at the team behind the tech.
