Zyber Holdings noted that ASX has advised the Company on 20 April 2016 that proceeding with the transaction with Iota Security Inc would require the Company to recomply with the new listing requirements (including preparing a full form prospectus) set out in Chapters 1 and 2 of the ASX Listing Rules. In light of this and the associated heavy compliance costs, the Company has decided to withdraw from the existing transaction with Iota Securities Inc.
