Chooky,
The last incarnation of ZYL was in the IP camera space. It failed. I was a shareholder and a creditor at the point of failure.
I was owed a small amount of money from that incarnation and as I wanted to understand the process of Administration, I attended the meetings - filled out all the paperwork - in the end was given a very small parcel of shares as part of my settlement. This is all public knowledge.
I wish I had more info to share.. ..
