The Video Security Contract covered in the announcement is subject to a number of confidentiality agreements both Siemens and Zylotech have signed with Qantas Airways. In fact, the very announcement required the approval of both Qantas and Siemens before it's release. Notwithstanding these undertakings,the announcement makes reference to " this initial important Qantas contract" and the importance of having chosen Zylotech "for this particular tender application." For commercial reasons, it would therefore be counter-productive for Zylotech to disclose to our future tender competitors, price sensitive information on the revenue, margins and bottom-line effect. Disclosure of such information would severely prejudice Zylotech's and Siemen's ability to win on-going tenders, as they come up. In addition, there are several elements of the tender that have not as yet been finalised such that the full extent of the worth to Zylotech is not fully known at this time.
