Respectively disagree with share buy back idea
IMO buybacks best for companies with undervalued saleable assets and or free positive cash flow
(Cobalt 27 has all that saleable cobalt stored away)
CLA are cutting costs and slowing as they should till cobalt price comes good
See Ann. Cutting to just long lead time environmental impact work (future PFS)
Low cost Met. and Mine planning work ( which is important to take best advantage when cobalt price starts to improve)
Cutting away CEOs and Directors payments
IMO Need to conserve cash backing thus avoiding any future dilution or liquidity problems
IMO Afraid all shareholders can do is be patient
Could be bit of a long wait however IMO CLAs time will come
