There is no way they got have got more then $1.65 and the amount they did, the recent price governs the price of the issue. They took advantage of a high gold price, we will see gold dip again and its a lot harder with gold sliding to maybe $1260 and a declining share price to raise money.
So I am happy and patient.
Do you expect it to be one big gold pit? There are plenty of low grade pits around the world making good money and most were in areas with little or surrounding infrastructure.
