Yep Marc111, PB is not one for over statement or flamboyant terminology. I mean MEGA PROJECT has to be the understatement of the Millennium! Seriously he shows enthusiasm when there is a basis for it but sticks to what he knows he can say.
I think he often gives hints, a prime eg of that is the oblique reference early this year to an OE to Japan and at the AGM acknowledging the attendance of the representative from EMC. Then bang thev13 December announcement. There was the June 2015 announcement regarding MOU with EMC sustainable power plant at Mine site but that was 17 months historic.
So those words "significant action " are a specific reference to an event.
