I think AJM has multiple options to choose from for financing and that they are still negotiating trying to get the best deal for the shareholders (which to a large extend they are themselves). This will ROCK and hopefully blow my mind away!

At 12c that's 20% lower than current sp. and 15c doesn't look like holding so revisit 13 looks likely. A partial funding CR will see this down around that level... imo
