Interestingly Exetel which Superloop acquired allows you to opt out of CGNAT. I'm not aware why ACCC would care about the concern though. At no point have they beholden you to their network as it's all contactless and most consumers don't port forward either. Even if they did they'd probably need a DDNS service as the IP is still dynamic. I can understand your annoyance but you're not trapped and you can churn to other RSPs within minutes.
