looks very much like that, Boeing becoming a lost cause. RL should grow some bigger gonads and front Boeing on this ridiculous cert engineer matter and motives. Does not add up, airlines want technology but someone in Boeing stalling for what, personal financial reasons? This tech will destroy NDT hold on crack detection, big bucks involved I wonder. We should be engaging Airbus, much better managed and now selling more aircraft and not dodgy.
