Strong offer - 30% above VWAP. Take-over makes sense. However, IDX was due a re-rate with EPSg back in track & trading at a lower multiple vs other healthcare stocks.
So all up a bit miffed but understand the rationale too.
I'll cash out on this but look to buy back in to the merged entity at some stage when it settles down ... like the long-term thematic (aging population, chronic disease rising, scanning below global comps).
