Company is now trying to help as is boardroom. The trouble is the shares are in the Chess system at Australian banks/brokers (not with the registry or the company) and multiple I am moving them to after initially getting a 'no problem' response, then do not want to/know how to initiate.
The latest from Westpac this morning is they are not sure what to do despite the guidance so going to contact Boardroom.
Seems like all they want to do is let the company delist and then let Boardroom convert ASX HIN to SRN after the fact (ie the banks brokers do not have to lift a finger) despite the huge cost profile for ASX shareholders to then try to get them listed on the Nasdaq after the fact.
All the public markets are about these days it seems is taking retail to the cleaners with fees, insider trading and schemes.
