All you need to look at is how many mining companies are fighting for this land as we speak. BRE,GMN,EQN, AUZ etc etc.
the last ann was probably the best in terms of laid out results so far, diagrams and future works, and we have ready been told Q3/Q4 is drilling, so I daresay the landgrabbing for cap raises point will soon be in the past
