CAY has fallen 68% from its 1 year high of 25c.

As for using the share price to some how make a point that it's reflective of a fundamentally defunct business, it's not as black and white as that in the speculative sector.

Speculative stocks cannot be valued using the standard as you would with an established business that has turnover etc. When all is said and done in simplistic terms every company on the ASX is valued on the tail end dividend or lack of.

Speculative stocks are just that, speculative. Which means they are highly subjective. Which means usually volatile and what the market values them at is very sensitive to market sentiment and opinion. In other words it doesn't take much for the market to change it's mind, either way.

CAY started looking very strong when they were around 20c. When the placement at 16c come into play of course the price generally traces around or close to that mark, but what also happened the market IMO lost confidence and trust in the board, wrong or rightly. When it became apparent that the feasibility release date was significantly pushed forward again IMO the market had a gutful at that point. I remember telling other holders I know personally the market will punish the price for that.

Then Coronavirus came into play. Would Coronavirus ever have an impact directly on CAY as a business? No chance, it will be long gone before this thing ever gets into production.

So comparing the historical share price to current valuation isn't quite as black and white as your post suggests.

Like I've said before the story has not changed, in fact it keeps getting better. Keeping in mind of what is written above if anyone reading this got into CAY above 15c due to liking the potential of the business, well then 8c is simply a wonderful opportunity to average down because the business and potential has not changed.

CAY have the rights to a massive tier 1 high quality asset and are capped at around $40mil. In the speculative resource game it does not get any better than this. Something IMO will give eventually and like I've stated before it will be when the smarter money starts exposing themselves into it when they have numbers to work with etc.

Well that just about proves everything professionals say about HC is right. 19 people like a post that suggest a fall of 25 cents to 8 cents is 68%.
Honestly...just looking at it casually you cant see anything wrong.???
For those who actually paid attention in math class you will know the correct figure and how to derive it....without a calculator I guess its closer to 212%
