Hi J8 not sure what your beef is here. The point about P3, I think, does not relate to a cure per se but rather to whatever claim the company wants to make for its drug. It could be a cure or a co-trial with some other drug or an effect on the immune system or whatever. What matters is to do a sufficient number of trials with real live patients and controls to get the statistics to validate with a high level of certainty that the drug will do whatever it's makers want to claim it can do.

As you correctly imply, Biotron are yet to make any definitive claims about 225 and may well need a small 2B (or not 2B )to establish these.

Punters should also be aware that many P3 studies fall over at the last hurdle. Happened to a mate of mine who had developed a drug for the treatment of stroke. It looked great till they got to P3 but the stats showed it did nothing...
