Last i heard, was that Ports North put it back to CFCM & DRX to work out an amicable arrangement on the wharf usage. Being the manager at CFSM can't make that decision Arse, it will have to go back to Mitsubishi's board to sort out.
Management didn't do due diligence with Galalar, had they done so, they would have realised that GBRMPA wouldn't permit a wharf and barge work in the nob point area. That was a total waste of two years, plus a lot of money on the designs and permitting for the said wharf. Then management pulled the application at the last hour after realising their blunder. The funny part is, they praise themselves on good management, lol.
As for our office up here in Cairns, we now have signage at front, and are about 100mtrs from the Casino.
I'll stop in one day soon & have a coffee with the mine manager, apparently he's a good sort of bloke to have a chat with.
I only ever got into this for the Cyclone project, which incidentally, would have been paid off and paying dividends now.
