where VWAP is a factor into determining the price of any conversion and there's a 10% discount to VWAP too mind you







And yet with all that selling (and buying) the price has not gone anywhere either up or down ?

So the question is (rhetorical for myself), How many of the 40 million announced on the 4th March have been converted and still held in the name of the original account for which they were converted to ? (I'd guess at between one quarter and one third)

And the second question (rhetorical for myself in the main), what other significant holdings/holders may have increased coincinding with all this volume ? (my guess it'd be one of those custodial holders where the actual beneficial holder is one step removed form reporting and disclosure)

and finally, this was yesterday trying to mask what is going on at close in my opinion as someone was keen to see the Close price be 1.9c and not 2.0 cents with an 107,200 sell and the 107,119 buy
