I can say I was one of the biggest advocates for RAP. I used to spend spare time doing research about the company & its technology and was genuinely excited by it, as many other SH here were. But it's time we face the reality check: the commercialisation of RAP needs to be better. We need to be able to sell our products and sign deals. We need someone in the front seat that can do that. To me so far, TK has failed.

As posted before, one lesson I learned from years of investing is that never fall in love with a company and only invest how much you are willing to loose. I still have RAP shares but it's only about 30% of what I used to have. I will continue to hold and if the SP drops below my investment plan, I wouldn't hesitate and sell out of RAP and I encourage everyone to do the same.

Lastly, to the usual culprits that downramps here: congrats on pouring gasoline on fire. It's so obvious from day 1 that you only post here for 2 reasons only:

1. RAP is a competitor in the telehealth respiratory industry to your investment and you know it. Perhaps you're being paid by competitor(s) to do that?
2. To prove that you are right and have your daily fight with AlCp.

It's an absolutely disgraceful behaviour to say the least. There's a big difference between posting your view based on research/evidence and posting garbage, wishing other people lose money and unfortunately this is what we see here. I have plenty of other investments and I can say, this is the most coordinated, dedicated downramping attempt I've seen on HC.

Hopefully 2021 will be better for RAP and good luck to all holders.

Agreed. Thus my suggestions to all shareholders to vote AGAINST to all resolutions except the appointment of Michael Stein and the Auditor.

This will effectively put the current Board and Management on a 12-month notice to significantly improve performance and communications.

Right now, I'm happy with just a carefully laid-out commercialisation plan with executable milestones, and more importantly no BS regular communication. Please take the shareholders on the journey together! We're all adults and we could take setbacks. But what I detest the most is deceit, or the optics of it.

I'm hoping the top 5 shareholders are also sharing the frustration.

I'm staying put, and have not sold a single share.
