That's pretty well the guts of it. These directors are on large salaries but cant even get on top of basic paperwork like this. They dont seem to know what they are doing otherwise they would not have mentioned last Sep that they expected to be producing gold at the end of 2018. How hard is it to find someone who knows how to run a a gold mine properly? Pretty hard by the looks if it.
