Just read a bit further and overnight the government voted through a 10 hour time limit for discussion/debate so it should scrape through to a vote on the third reading tonight:

	Notice having been given at a previous sitting under the provisions of Standing Order 78(3),Mr. MacKinnon (Leader of the Government in the House of Commons), seconded byMr. Fraser (Minister of Housing, Infrastructure and Communities), moved, — That, in relation to BillC-59,An Act to implement certain provisions of the fall economic statement tabled in Parliament on November 21, 2023 and certain provisions of the budget tabled in Parliament on March 28, 2023, not more than five further hours shall be allotted to the consideration of the report stage and five hours shall be allotted to the consideration at the third reading stage of the bill; and
1	That, at the expiry of the five hours provided for the consideration at report stage and the five hours provided for the consideration at the third reading stage of the said bill, any proceedings before the House shall be interrupted, if required for the purpose of this order, and, in turn, every question necessary for the disposal of the said stage of the bill then under consideration shall be put forthwith and successively, without further debate or amendment.
2	Pursuant to Standing Order 67.1, the House proceeded to the question period regarding the moving of the time allocation motion.
