Just as I predicted an in my last posting in the previous Thread. Explains the dip in share price past few days ( post ex div date). What it tells me if they are willing to opt out at 31.5c then they presumably don't see the takeover from either party happening. The new substantial holder may just be in it for the yield. All up in the air now. but clear downside risk to the share price ( maybe high 20's)
