If investors want an opportunity to put more money in, this is their chance, if a larger investor wants a cornerstone holding by buying on market if shares are available at the right price, go for it, either way we benefit, company gets cash +/or share price increases.
More cash = more ore faster.
By the way, you shouldn't be worried about dilution flocka, you haven't got anything to Dilute, according to your Disclosure!
