New price surge incoming IMO.. If Pfizer want to try and suck in other shareholders to sway them to vote yes then the offer price will need to go up. How much do they want this company and how much are they willing to pay for it this is the question? The circulating draft independent expert report will be critical in determining how much higher the bid price should go to determine fair value... IMO I am against any takeover offer price at this stage ( would regrettably sell out if offered $1.11.5 or more but unlikely we will get any offers at or above this at such early pre-revenue phase) because it's just too early to put a price on such an innovative technology that's just so revolutionary with the power to transform the healthcare industry for the good of the people, empowering patients and improving clinical outflows and diagnosis at the touch of a few buttons and the sounds of a few coughs... You just can't put a price on this!!! The potential here is massive!!!
