Ann: Trading Halt (Request)-MRD.AX, page-2

This is all monumentally mind-boggling. First we have 2 directors leaving and then a massive sell off of shares this morning ( by whom?) then followed closely by a T/H on exploration results. Is it believable that the info re the exploration results arrived later this morning by sheer coincidence after the huge volume of traded shares. It beggars belief but then its possible. If ever there was a case for an ASX "Awareness" request to a company as to when results became available then this has to be right at the top of the pile. If directors were selling this morning and were aware of the exploration outcome prior to the T/H then all hell will break loose, as there is a regulatory non-trading period between becoming aware of market sensitive info and trading shares . And if it was not directors unloading it would be more than reasonable to ask when and whom were informed or at least aware of the exploration results before the TH was called, due to the massive volume of traded shares. Either way its time for ASX to issue a Please Explain and to chase it further if its a Sgnt Schultz reply That steep plunge we say the other day down to 0.009 may well have a reason. I posted at the time an ASX Please Explain needed to have been issued when I saw that. Now with the T/H and massive volume traded just prior we have an overwhelming case for a Please Explain
