There could be another reason. This seems to be happening right across the market. This is market wide at the moment. Look at what's happened over the last two years. Since the original crash of the market when the virus hit everything from houses cars fuel and the market have gone up. Young couples buying there first homes wanted a four bedroom house with a media room and a pool and borrowed a million dollars plus thinking interest rates would stay low. Governments both state and federal gave huge handouts to people and started massive infrastructure programs to keep people working. At present federal debt is a trillion dollars plus and state debts are over 100 billion each. We have to service that from a working population of 20 million. Impossible. Thank God for the royalty payments from the resources sector or we would be a banana Republic now. My opinion is people who have got themselves into an unserviceable debt are pulling out of the market to help with there lifestyles. It's not weak hands selling it's forced hands and with the resource where already sitting on it will make us a prime candidate for a takeover attempt.
