By all the commentary re FY and CY no one is 100% clear although i think
programs of works ie stuff on ground is CY and all other is FY?
but why do companies portary such ammonalies, to deflect , to allow time to achieve, to set conservative target as mention by several and me, so that those conservative estimates can be easily achieved in less than ideal company preformances
