PB not doing as bad a job as everyone thinks?

I must be living on a different planet based on enterprise value or TSR.  Consider these 2 points:

1. EV erosion - was once over $1 (3 yr ago), now at $0.16, (and 16c is up 60%). Yes with hindsight I'd also back the truck up at 10c. Won't mention available shares in EV, other then qty haven't gone down..
2. Annual wage.  (for this performance)?  I'll let you look this up.

Many on this speculative stock forum could do just as well or better for half the money.
I'm Not sure how long it'll take to rebuild trust with wholesale money but I attach a  graph (below) showing Earnings "surprises" - (source consec)

so what's changed to fix Mkt Cap ? MACA ?
Will there be a cash flow "surprise" in 2015 for BDR??
