Teachers live in their own little world and get used to their terminology, just like all professional groups. Unfortunately they forget that outsiders are not familiar with their latest fad.
A new direction comes up each year from above, so they spend the year dealing with the requirements of ministry then start again the following year.
If an outsider goes to a teacher staff meeting it sounds much like a flock of penguins conversing!
