commsec market depth

Hi all,
Has anyone i noticed on the quote and depth page on commsec the last entry on the sell side, a sell order
for 8,200,000 @0.30 cents per share....How has this been accepted by commsec?normally they don't accept
orders so far away from previous closing price.Just as an exercise i tried placing an order of a sell of 20000 @ 0.30c and it was rejected,i guess it is not the same rule for all.......nice way of manipulating market depth if that is the case??
