My comments were not meant as a vote a confidence in CNL's intrepid MD. On the contrary. My post was aimed at drawing attention to the fact that NC has been involved in a dispute with a JV partner previously, not in its self a recommendation. That dispute was only solved at arbitration AFTER he had left Terramin.

NC continues to draw his salary while doing nothing to create shareholder value. Mind you, if NC cared about shareholder value he wouldn't have sanctioned the highly dilutionary raising that handed control of CNL to Lion and Polo twelve months ago.
