Its about now that a bit of Director buying might be the first inkling of an impending upswing. I've been waiting for some action on this front but sadly disappointed to date. Perhaps they have a better handle on what they actually believe the construction programme will be and see greater opportunities to buy still to come, despite being cashed up with competing deep pockets underlying the current price. Does leave me wondering what the market doesn't know. IMHO
