Customers have concerns when they don't understand how the AI makes choices. Even though a human employee may give incorrect answers, it is not acceptable for AI to give incorrect information.(apparently)

Unith need to understand this process, so they can explain it, to overcome customer objections.

In my mind this is no different to the challenge that faces adoption of Driverless Cars in which the case has to be made that they have less accidents than humans.They are not accident free, but they are safer on average.
