I have put my hand up for some of these.
Several reasons
1. Centres located in growth corridors of Perth, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane. This is where all the population growth will happen in the next twenty years.
2. I , like Nige456 , tried to calculate FFO and my very best case scenario is FFO of about 18 cents a share when all centres developed.
3. The Investec REIT IPO was 30% scaled and reckon this one will be 50% scaled so there may be some aftermarket demand.
4. Appears the existing shareholders are not taking any money off the table. Always a good sign in my view.
5. The look alike, Aventus Property, is trading at a much higher premium to NTA so this augers well for
