Yes - they told us what they were doing. Punters shoulda taken note and also exited at the $3.40 level.
This is an incompetent mob which sold a dream. Punters need to recognise that all company promoters do this for a very good reason - so that they can benefit.
The fall in the gold price can not be blamed on SLR management.
Lesson - trade the goldies, not hold them unless there is a clear uptrend in the POG.
Perhaps I missed it, but I do not recall seeing anything in the quarterly report about their forward capital works plan to develop new ore sources (ie involving costs and timing). There is very little surplus for new mine development and exploration from their existing operations.
