    The directors have no advantage now as there is no money in the kitty!

    If the company is wound up then the current lender to the company would probably have first dib on any assets that there may be!

    If the company remains afloat and is relisted - then moving forward funds will be required to ensure that the company is a going concern.

    To raise such funds should they be relisted, a credible proposal would need to be put in place.

    Should this occur - then there might be a possibility that we can move into a positive situation and start to look forward to a future instead of an empty hole.

    As I said earlier, the directors are currently funding their own day to day costs and receive no pay!

    Shutting the company down does not benefit them - nor does it benefit shareholders.

    Let's look at the positive for a change and see what happens.

    After all this time - another year will not be hard to take as we have all taken a big hit over the years.

    Also, if things do go ahead, then we might be able to get some funds back from the people who have rorted us.

    It is up to each and every shareholder to make their own decisions.
