If i appeared callous in my first post by talking solely about dog law.....obviously it was horrible and i feel for the child and family , BUT ....it is totally predictable , totally expected.
I am over emotion as i have seen it happen far too many times , and will continue if nothing changes.
My focus is on preventing the next attack.....
