Decades ago , i rang the R.S.P.C.A. to inform them that a very large breed had never been outside it's tiny yard , another frigging mcmansion ..They lived across from from me for years . I offered to walk him.......told to mind my business.
Rang the RSPCA
The RSPCA informed me ( and it is STILL current law ) .......that there is no legal obligation for dog owners to to render any care whatsoever to 'THEIR' dog.
By- care- , i mean something almost ? as important as food and water , perhaps more ....... to exercise , run free , with others......other dogs , other people.....I.E. GETTING OUT OF THEIR JAIL CELL.
There is hardly ever a bad -dog- , only bad owners who should be sentenced for 10 years for the utmost cruelty.
Most dogs are far better behaved than most people .
Take a stance ......contact your M.P and voice your concerns , or join the RSPCA etc etc....
just do something !
