well I was just refused a claim on my landlord insurance, "accidental damage" by the tenant(fence damage) only covers the house it seems
I also was refused a claim on my personal effects going missing by the freight company, despite ringing the insurance company before I left and confirming I was covered 100%
this is SGIO by the way and the claims officer had the cheek to ask me to find out when I made that call. A subsequent call to SGIO I asked (new person) if they had my call history in front of them - they did....The claims officer therefore was a lying sack of excrement
