It has been quite a while since our CEO has seen fit to update his shareholders.
It might be that he is working hard on a deal and has nothing new. His pre emptive disclosure might have flushed out additional bidders, but it doesn't feel like it. The spot is also finding new lows which must feel like a pair of deuces for him.
