A better discussion to have rather than a guessing game would be what is a fair and reasonable value to put on the project.

Are there any suitors for this fair and reasonable ‘asking price’ ?

Things to consider:

-Value of project in its own right related to DFS

-Current legal battles over ownership and how a purchase could resolve these.

-With all ownership battles resolved the path to a ML is clear

-Downstream potential with size of project.

-Sovereign risk (may be almost irrelevant dependant on who the buyer is)

There may be more to add when valuing a project and I’m happy for anyone to add.taking the above into account I believe a fair and reasonable value is well north of the all time high. I’m not well versed enough to put a figure out there. My reasoning for this opinion is assessing future value and potential of the project once all disputes are resolved. If the sale results in this the value is automatically enhanced.
