Clawback The Commonwealth will retain the ability to Clawback Broker Firm allocations by up to 20% following the completion of the Institutional Offer and Bookbuild (20 November 2014). Any Clawback of allocations in the Broker Firm Offer will be executed on a pro-rata basis and applied to each client. All applicants affected by the Broker Firm Offer Clawback will receive a refund either directly to their bank account, if the Application Processing Centre has been provided with their direct credit details or by a cheque, payable to the registered Applicant and sent to the registered address, if no direct credit instructions have been provided.
